About the event
We look forward to hosting ALA full members for a special roundtable on the topic of comparing strategies in cross-jurisdictional art and cultural property disputes. This will be especially fitting for those members coming to London ahead of the annual conference.
Confirmed discussants include Nicholas O'Donnell (Sullivan & Worcester, Boston), Steven Schindler (Schindler, Cohen & Hochman, New York) and Aaron Brian (Nixon Peabody, Los Angeles), as well as several London-based ALA members.
We would like these roundtables to be lively and engaging, so we ask that all those who sign up have a specific interest in the topic and are willing to actively participate in the discussion. In order to stimulate a free flowing conversation, we discourage note-taking and the event will follow Chatham House rules.
Book now as places are very limited.
We are delighted to welcome Full Members only to this event.
